The Best Termite Treatments in San Diego Since 1997

We've Got A License-To-Kill Your Termites!

Only a licensed termite inspector can tell you the extent of your termite infestation. Depending on the type of termite and its location, several treatments may be used. After your home has been professionally inspected, your License To Kill termite inspector will inform you of all findings of termite activity and reccomend treatments to eliminate your termites.

  • Drywood Termites

Tent fumigation is the only way to ensure that every Drywood termite within the structure has been killed. Drywood termites don't always provide visible signs of damage and can be difficult to find. In addition to fumigation, we offer secondary local treatments which will kill termites in accessible treated areas.

  • Subterranean Termites

Subterranean termites require different types of treatments because they nest in the ground. To kill subterranean termites, we use combination of structural and soil treatments. These treatments eliminate termites within the structure and form a protective barrier around the structure keeping them out.

Whole Structure Tent Fumigation Kills Every Termite

Fumigation is the most effective way to eradicate Drywood termites. Also known as tenting, fumigation is when your home is covered for three days while gas fumigants kill your termites. We use Vikane gas fumigant because of its ability to reach termites and other pests where traditional pesticides can't.

Vikane works by penetrating the structure to kill termites, bed bugs and wood boring pests through suffocation. After fumigation, Vikane leaves no residue behind. License To Kill provides a 2 year warranty on structural fumigations and offers maintenance contracts on all termite work.

Don't Move Out - Spot Treatments May Eliminate Your Termites

Depending on accessibility, local spot treatments are effective at eradicating small isolated infestations of termites. After a complete inspection of your home is completed, our licensed termite inspectors will advise you of the areas of termite infestation in your home and the type of treatment best suited to the structure.

License To Kill offers both full structure tent fumigation as a primary recommendation, or secondary local treatments. License To Kill offers a control service agreement for either fumigation or secondary treatment that can be continued after the initial warranty period.

  • "Although my house was not in their service area, he still spent 30-40 minutes on the phone educating me on what to do with the issue I was having. He went to great lengths to help me understand the problem I had been having with another termite inspection service and then gave me a referral for a very reputable company that does service my location. Knowing he wasn't going to make a penny from me, Vincent still provided me with unbelievably kind and knowledgeable service. Way above and beyond the call of duty!!"
