San Diego Termite Treatments
We've Got A License-To-Kill Your Termites!
Only a licensed termite inspector can tell you the extent of your termite infestation. Depending on the type of termite and its location, several treatments may be used. After your home has been professionally inspected, your License To Kill termite inspector will inform you of all findings of termite activity and reccomend treatments to eliminate your termites.
Drywood Termites - Tent fumigation is the only way to ensure that every Drywood termite within the structure has been killed. Drywood termites don't always provide visible signs of damage and can be difficult to find. In addition to fumigation, we offer secondary local treatments which will kill termites in accessible treated areas.
Subterranean Termites - Subterranean termites require different types of treatments because they nest in the ground. To kill subterranean termites, we use combination of structural and soil treatments. These treatments eliminate termites within the structure and form a protective barrier around the structure keeping them out.

Don't Move Out - Spot Treatments May Eliminate Your Termites
Depending on accessibility, local spot treatments are effective at eradicating small isolated infestations of termites. After a complete inspection of your home is completed, our licensed termite inspectors will advise you of the areas of termite infestation in your home and the type of treatment best suited to the structure.
License To Kill offers both full structure tent fumigation as a primary recommendation, or secondary local treatments. License To Kill offers a control service agreement for either fumigation or secondary treatment that can be continued after the initial warranty period.
Preventative Termite Treatments
New Buildings / Construction
During the framing stage, we can treat wood members with Timbor which typically provides protection against Drywood termites for about a decade. Stop Subterranean termites before they infest a structure by letting us treat your slabs and foundations just before cement pouring for maximum effectiveness against Subterranean termites.
Preventative treatments are beneficial to existing structures too. Attics and sub areas have many exposed wood members which allow both Subterranean and Drywood termites to infest the structure. If you are in the middle of a remodel, we can treat the exposed walls, ceilings and timber to protect your investment.

Termite Control Reviews
Amazing service, found some termite damage that should have been treated by another company during escrow. License to Kill came out and did a free inspection and let me know how to handle the situation. They did not take a penny and the other company came out and fixed the damage.
I'm a real estate agent who works with termite companies on a regular basis. Whenever I get to pick who to hire, my choice is always License to Kill!! Their quality of work, attention to detail, and customer service are better than everyone out there! License to Kill does their part in making my real estate transaction smooth! They go above and beyond the rest!
I had subteranean termites under the slab portion of the house. License To Kill was prompt in inspection and met my scheduling needs. Successful work and left the work areas clean. Came back a year later under warranty to supplement and took care of another location unrelated to the first treatment. Cost of work was reasonable.
I hired them to get rid of my pest issues and not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also repaired the damage the termites did to my patio. They were friendly and professional. The price is what I expected to pay for the level of service they provided.
License To Kill was very easy to work with and they returned phone calls and were very polite on the phone. We had a urgent request for License To Kill to do a termite clearance on a property that was scheduled to close and they made it happen. Thank you License To Kill for working with us in a time crunch and your staff was very professional.
